**LOCATION**: Munich / Germany | **COMPANY**: Knorr-Bremse Systeme für Nutzfahrzeuge GmbH | **REQUISITION ID**: 2017 | Full-time | Regular The Global HRBP is the primary point of contact for the executives of the business units in all strategic HR matters. The role closely interacts with all relevant stakeholders within and outside HR to ensure the implementation of our people strategy and to support the business unit in all people matters at its best. **YOUR TASKS** - Consult and advise the business unit leadership team in people & workforce topics like e.g.: - FTE development (recruiting turn-over rates, ratio in regions) - Skill/competency development (talent management, personnel development) - Succession planning - Operational and strategic workforce planning - M&A activities, re-structuring and production relocation - Coordinate overarching HR activities and projects in the Business Unit in close collaboration with the other HR roles of Knorr-Bremse - Accompany the business unit in strategic and personal change processes - Implement the global HR strategy to support the strategic goals of the Business Unit - Reflect business demands from a strategic perspective and draw jointly with other HR roles fit-for-purpose solutions - Drive the results of the HR transformation ("ONEHR") in the Business Unit in close coordination with the ONEHR team, the regional HR managers and the HR organization in the countries - Support top level job evaluations and the associated alignment of remuneration structures at business unit level **YOUR PROFILE** - Passion for people and business topics - Successfully completed university studies (also outside of HR/social sciences) - Several years of experience working with people and business, ideally as an HR Business Partner or as business manager with high affinity for HR topics - Experience in working in international matrix structures, complex and cross-functional initiatives, processes, or projects - Ability to derive strategic HR goals from the business targets of the Business Unit - Proactive, structured way of working with a high degree of independence and flexibility - Communication skills, persuasiveness and intercultural competence - Affinity for standardization and digitization of HR processes as well as the use of IT systems - Fluent in English and an intermediate level in German **WHAT WE OFFER** Through a blend of engineering excellence, sustainable development and social responsibility, our employees help to drive progress at more than 100 sites in 30 countries.
