The Inbound Marketing Team is a really close team and always ready to help each other, that's why they talk and share ideas all day You can hear a lot of different languages being spoken at their tables (English, German, Italian, Spanish, French, Dutch), they're probably the most international team and their favorite topic is of course food. Your role in this journey
- Be part of strategic decision making together with the Head of and SEO team leads to achieve continuous organic growth and top positions focused on transactional queries,
- Come up, prioritize and lead technical optimizations for our portfolio of travel domains.
- Set up tests and measure impact to take data driven decisions in collaboration with data analysts.
- Be the main point of contact and thought leader across all product teams for correct technical SEO best practices and implementations.
- Work closely together with the inbound marketing team to guide and support on onpage and offpage projects.
- Identify opportunities for (and building) automated processes for SEO and/or assist the wider Inbound team.

Your backpack is filled with
- At least 5+ years of professional technical experience in SEO with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing SEO strategies (with + ROI mindset) that significantly improved organic traffic.
- Best in class SEO technical knowledge, especially on international ecommerce (travel industry is a plus).
- Capable of guiding Dev teams’ technical optimization working with HTML, CSS, Javascript, React, and other frameworks.
- An analytical mindset and detail-oriented with a focus on testing, decision making and improvement using data to find the right answers.
- Ability to work independently, with, and across teams.
- Very good communication skills in english (Fluent in german is a plus).
- Good knowledge of python and javascript are a plus (Being able to script automatizations and build analyses).
