What you'll be doing*
- Act as the main point of contact for SEO activities in French-speaking markets, with support from the SEO Manager(s).
- Support the group wide SEO strategy with the explicit aim of growing organic performance in our European markets.
- Carry out keyword research and mapping.
- Ensure SEO hygiene factors are of a gold standard.
- Support in the creation of regular SEO audits (technical, content links) and provides actionable insight to the SEO Manager(s).
- Collaborate with content and technical teams to deliver items on the SEO roadmap.
- Carry out regular SEO competitor analysis.
- Challenge our external partners to ensure we get the maximum performance from our agencies & technology platforms.
- Support the SEO Manager(s) with reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Native French speaker with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- 2+ years of SEO experience in-house or agency side.
- Working knowledge of Google Search Console, Data Studio, Google Analytics.
- Working knowledge of industry standard SEO tools.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Able to use content management systems.
- Able to perform keyword research and have a good understanding of keyword analysis.
- Able to use data to support the creation of SEO audits (technical. content. links).
- Experience in reporting utilising data to make recommendations for improvements.
- Experience conducting technical, content and backlink audits.
- Willingness to learn about other areas in the marketing mix and how digital fits together.
- You are self-motivated and work best under directional support and not hand-holding.
- Be a strong critical thinker and resourceful problem solver, coupled with taking a data-driven approach.
- You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey technical matters to non-technical people.
- You are highly collaborative, fostering strong relationships across departments and enjoy learning and sharing knowledge.
