Design Bridge and Partners Germany was called Superunion until recently. We have merged with Design Bridge to create a new global design agency.

**Your task with us**:

- Support and substantive further development of existing customer relationships and establishment of profitable new ones
- Client management at eye level - high level of understanding for the economic and strategic situation as well as the content-related focal points of the client
- Efficient set-up and coordination of processes, timings and use of resources; ensuring the best possible progress of projects (budget and project planning) and execution of projects
- Realisation of our corporate philosophy within the agency and with our clients
- Collaborate with Designers and Strategists to ensure our deliverables are always top-notch
- Accountability, management and control of client profitability
- Motivating and mentoring team members and contributing to the continuous improvement of the consulting unit as well as of the agency

**What you will bring to the table**:

- Numerous years or more of comprehensive professional experience and knowledge of processes in agencies as well as processes in brand consulting
- High level of interest in and knowledge of global brand management and design processes, their implementation and execution
- Experience in budget and project planning, time management and use of resources, leading and developing clients independently over an extended period
- Confident creative judgment in terms of briefing, strategy and quality
- Correspondence in German and English, both verbally and in writing
- Appropriate successfully completed studies
