**What you'll do**:

- Summary:_
We are looking for a development architect with an entrepreneurial spirit to join a new development team for master data hierarchies in our master data management unit.
- The Role:_
As a development architect, you define and align architecture to reconcile specifications and strategy with external boundary conditions with a cloud mindset and a quality-first approach. Within our team, we practice a trust-based working model.

As a development architect and team member, you drive end-to-end development activities, such as:

- Working in close collaboration with all MDG teams, product owners, and customers as well as with the LoB teams and external partners
- Implementing prototypes together with your colleagues
- Contributing actively to the analysis and optimization of existing software components

**What you bring**:

- ABAP OO knowledge
- Familiar with the context of cloud development
- Proven technical leadership during several product releases, of designing at scale for a distributed, highly available, fault-tolerant software
- Advanced knowledge and experience in continuous delivery development processes in an agile environment
- Experienced in Web Services, APIs, Public Cloud, Application Security
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in German and English - both written and spoken
- Work experience of 5 -10 (+) years in development and development architecture
