We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from. **What you´ll do** - Be a key player in implementing SAP sustainability solutions. - Prepare our robust reporting technological infrastructure for the evolving sustainability reporting landscape, including CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, ISSB, and other regulations. - Collaborate closely with Product Development, SAP IT, and Consulting Services to push the possible boundaries of our standard solutions. - Engage boldly with customers and peers in sustainability reporting, contributing to co-innovation efforts that will help shape the future. **What you bring** - A business administration degree focusing on finance, accounting, and/or auditing; a PhD is a remarkable plus. - A foundational understanding of sustainability reporting regulations such as CSRD/ESRS, SASB, TCFD, and ISSB. - Proficiency in English and any additional language skills is a significant asset. - An affinity for technology and a passion for agility and digital innovation. - The ability to identify risks and propose creative solutions, demonstrating resilience and strong teamwork in a virtual and international environment. - 1 year of practical experience as an intern or working student in accounting, external financial reporting, integrated reporting, or auditing, laying the groundwork for your impactful journey. **Meet your Team** Join the dynamic ESG Reporting team within the External Reporting & Accounting Technology division, a vital part of our Corporate Financial Reporting department. This team encompasses two exciting workstreams: - Regulatory Standards: Here, you will ensure SAP's external reporting meets the highest compliance standards, collaborating with our auditor to navigate the complexities of CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, ISSB, and other regulations. - Co-innovation: This workstream empowers you to implement SAP sustainability solutions, embracing the ethos of "SAP runs SAP," while passionately driving digital transformation in sustainability across our Corporate Financial Reporting landscape. **Bring out your best** **We win with inclusion** SAP’s culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone - regardless of background - feels included and can run at their best.
