**We help the world run better** **What you’ll do** As a member of the local Commercial Cloud team you will be a part of Global Commercial Finance and will get the opportunity to deliver world class Commercial Support and contribute to the company's success. Our team is closely collaborating with several stakeholders across the regions such as Sales, Legal, Revenue Recognition, and Global Commercial Finance CoE. The key aspects and responsibilities of your role will be: - Support Sales in shaping deals for SAP's customers and coordinate Quote to Close activities across multi-functional teams. - Review and approval of deals while ensuring compliance and completeness of quotations. - Preparing contractual documents from templates as well as drafting legal language for deal specifics that are in line with approved quotations. - Guiding and advising our internal stakeholders on approval, policy, and contracting requirements. - Using SAP technology for reporting, monitoring, and managing deals and other transactions end to end. - Contributing ideas to drive automation, standardization, and process improvements. This role also has opportunities to support projects and at the same time offers many development opportunities of other skills and competencies that will help shape a future career path. **What you bring** - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and find solutions to business challenges. - Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines. - Diligent work ethic and strong analytical skills. - Internal and external "Customer Focus" approach. - Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and "can do" attitude. - University Degree, preferably in Business or Economics, is advantageous. - Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). - Previous experience in sales supporting functions is a plus. - Excellent language skills in German(C1) and very good language skills in English(B2). **Meet your team** Commercial Deal Support Germany supports the Customer Success organization as trusted Business Partner, by designing, negotiating, and creating customer contracts thus also has joint responsibility for the company's results.
