**Requirements**

• Act as single point of contact for any queries from the SAM Operations team in Cluj
• Coordinate and mediate the tasks between Technology Partner Management onshore team and the SAM Operations team
• Validate and clarify any License Management process and policies issues and requests - cooperate with the Process and Policy Owner in the Technology Partner Management team
• Validate and clarify any technical issues or requests related to used toolset (Flexera, VML app, MAD or other tools) - cooperate with Technical owners
• Strongly cooperate with the SAM Operations coordinators defined for specific process areas - provide direction and explanation in case of unclarities
• Set up and monitor the service performance and KPIs, identify possible improvements
• Escalate any team performance issues or not sufficient operational processes/tasks to SAM Operations team Management - monitor corrective actions
• Escalate any issues related to cooperation between Technology Partner Management Onshore team and SAM Operations team to Management
• Cooperate with all the process stakeholders (Procurement, Controlling, BIT, Cloud and Infrastructure, MWP, Suppliers etc.) on any escalations or issues related to SAM Operations team
• Own the change management process in Technology Partner Management department related to SAM Operations impact - set up and maintain the process and provide guidance.
• Strong cooperation with the SAM Operations change/process coordinator
• Provide regular updates on the current status of the open issues and change requests, host regular Operations calls, support regular communication to all parties
• Support SAM Compliance assurance

**Qualifications**

• Several years of professional experience in software licenses management
• Deep understanding of software asset management processes
• Proven experience in transition and change management processes
• Good understanding of relevent IT systems, i.e. Flexera FNMS
• Excellent communicator with intercultural and negotiation skills
• Business fluent in English, German language skills are appreciated but not mandatory
• Willingness to travel
