Join our team in Leipzig as a Product Innovation Associate Here you can put biotech research results into new contexts and actively contribute to the expansion of our product pipeline.

**How you will create impact**:

- You will help us identify and develop new business opportunities.
- You will search for and evaluate market & scientific data to assess the potential of new product ideas for commercialization.
- You will monitor current market and technology trends.
- As a part of the Product Innovation team you will network our company with the pharmaceutical industry, e.g. by participating at international conferences & trade shows (less than 15% travel required).
- You will prepare presentations of new business opportunities and project designs for our senior management and for potential cooperation partners in the industry.
- You will take on tasks related to project coordination.

**Your skills**:

- Academic degree in biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, or a comparable education
- Ideally some experience in industrial biotechnology and a basic understanding how it contributes to the biopharmaceutical industry
- Optimistic and creative problem-solving attitude
- Analytical mind with a strong affinity for data
- Proactive, ambitious character who can operate both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Excellent English and basic German skills
