**Project Assistant - Community Management**(Part-Time)**:
**Your Job**:
- Coordinating and managing the local and national Research Software Engineering (RSE) initiatives with us
- Reporting to and working closely with the RSE Community Manager at Forschungszentrum Jülich
- Managing our communication and promotion channels, handling messages and calls, scheduling meetings, and keeping everyone informed
- Liaising with our partners in Germany and worldwide, identifying new collaborations, and attending meetings, conferences, and workshops to keep us up to date
- Keeping an eye on new trends, techniques, events, and opportunities in order to evaluate them for the researchers at the research center, and inform the community about them
- Organizing events and seminars at local, national, and international level
**Your Profile**:
- You are experienced and adept at using Microsoft Office products (especially PowerPoint and Word) and have already worked with website editors
- You have very good communication skills in English (English-speaking working environment) and German and are not afraid to talk to people across hierarchies
- Working in a team is important to you and you can support your team members to perform at their best
