**Mimic Productions is currently looking for a Project Coordination Intern to join our ever growing studio in Wedding, Berlin for the next three months. We warmly encourage under graduates and recent graduates to apply**

You’d be tasked with:

- Bringing a higher level of organisation to all projects, ongoing as well as in-preparation
- Keeping track of deadlines, schedules, productivity and setbacks
- Ensuring that all 3D artists are given the appropriate equipment, instructions, resources, and feedback
- Creating a system in which delays don’t prevent us from an on-time delivery
- Communicating with our clients and coordinating our team

- Be a very organised and personable individual
- Excellent communication skills with native-level English abilities
- Demonstrate an ability to multitask, and the ability to work independently in a self-directed manner
- Experience with GSuite
- A team-oriented attitude
- Experience or knowledge of the 3D industry is preferable
- Experience in ShotGrid Software
