- Your tasks- You’re responsible to further develop the analytics capabilities for content creators on our social intranet platform.
- You develop the content migration strategy and align the migration requirements with our group wide business stakeholders.
- You are responsible to maintain and implement the role concept for the social intranet.
- You work with the product owner to develop E.ONs group-wide social intranet platform as a product according to market trends and the requirements of our key stakeholders.
- You support in the requirements management by interacting with business units group wide.
- You improve transparency by elaborating and maintaining meaningful key performance indicators for the platform.
- You ensure the test and release management the platform and support the testing process.
- You support E.ON’s internal communication by developing dashboards and indices for content performance.
- You are collaborating with other teams and external providers to ensure operational stability and a very good user experience.
- You build strong relationships to internal and external stakeholders on different management levels.
- You implement continuous improvement measures in your area of responsibilities.

**authentic & ambitious** - Your profile- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- More than 3 years of professional experience in the field of social intranet and content management systems.
- Very good collaboration and communication skills on different management levels.
- Excellent business sense, market and customer understanding
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, customer, colleagues and suppliers
- Very good technical skills for analytical tools such as PowerBI as well as content management systems.
- Solid planning and organization skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with agile project management and DevOps.
- Fluent in English and German
