We are looking for a Sales & Retention Specialist (M/F/d) for the Dutch market, who would like to work in an international team and in a rapidly growing environment in which no year is like the other

Tasks

\- Contacting existing customers to ensure a high service level and customer retention

\- Developing cross and up-selling opportunities with the existing customer base

\- Following up and negotiating with customers to prevent churn and generating pricing quotes for renewals

\- Collecting and analyzing feedback from the customers to improve internal processes and customer loyalty

**Requirements**:
\- Bachelor's degree in economics, linguistics, or relevant field. Alternatively, an equivalent commercial experience

\- Fluency in Dutch and English, other languages are a plus

\- Experience in sales, customer retention, or customer service, with up-selling and cross-selling

\- Experience in the IT environment with SaaS knowledge is a plus

\- Strong communication skills, positive attitude and enjoy working in an international team
