The S&OP team is driving change, so S&OP is the new normal how we do business and orchestrate our supply chain. We fuel the organization with process, information, and decision support so our global connected management team is armed to make the most profitable intermediate term data-driven decisions that operationalize the strategy while monitoring the underlying process execution and associated metrics in real-time.
**Your responsibilities**:
- You deliver and own the supply plan and ensure demand can be met within the strategic constraints of the business
- You lead the monthly supply review within the global S&OP process
- You own the supply planning process and drive the implementation of new - and the optimization of our current planning tools, methods, and processes to enable scale, in close cooperation with other key functions
- You set up and manage KPIs to control and analyze all activities along air up's supply chain
- You contribute to further improve and optimize air up's supply chain with always D2C first in mind
**That's you**:
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics or in a related field
- You bring 5+ years professional work experience in a relevant field
- You are an expert in MS-Excel and ideally proficient in technologies to manage and gather data, such as SQL and Python
- You are fluent in English
- You have exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Experience in implementing advanced planning software would be an advantage
- You are able to work collaboratively in a team environment with a hands-on mentality
