Empowered with front, back-end, design and data analysis resources, our agile team is fully autonomous and has wild ambitions. We are currently working on advanced and exciting projects that push the known boundaries of SEO. As a technical lead, you will manage SEO Technical Analysts and be in charge of building, maintaining and delivering our SEO technical backlog, while being a mastermind behind our SEO product strategy, working hand in hand with Charles, the SEO Product Manager. **Role & responsibilities** - Lead the team to maintain high code quality and ensure the technical choices aligned with the business needs and SEO requirements. - Mentor junior members of the team - Gather and address technical and design requirements. - Provide training and support to internal teams. - Liaise with developers, designers and devops engineers to identify new features. - Manage the JIRA dashboard and ensure that the ETA is followed **Requirements**: - Have more than 4 years' experience with technical SEO - Knowledge of technical aspects of SEO such as 301 redirects, 404 errors, loading speed, follows, no follows,... - Have at least experiences with Javascript framework. - Being able to provide technical recommendations to developers - Regular use of SEO tools such Webmaster Tools, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Majestic SEO, Ahref or others. - Being able to provide technical recommendations to developers - Results-oriented and fact-based decision-making skills.
