**Responsibilities**:

- You are responsible for checking the created purchase order requirements in the inventory software, for a respective defined area of responsibility
- You are the first point of contact for our international customers in the intracompany, distribution and OEM sectors with regard to demand coverage, deadlines, shipping routes and quantities
- In your role you are the contact person for suppliers regarding the entire order processing in the supply chain
- You take over tasks of booking, release and deadline monitoring of internal manufacturing and subcontracting orders
- In your varied day-to-day business, you will optimize ongoing order processes in terms of deadlines, quantities and shipping routes
- The monitoring and tracking of date shifts for the replenishment of inventories according to customer consumption is part of your varied area of responsibility

**Qualifications**:

- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a merchant (f/m/d) in wholesale and foreign trade.
- You have been fascinated by scheduling for a long time: You have solid professional experience in the field of scheduling
- You already have knowledge in dealing with ERP systems
- Your convincing and friendly communication with internal customers, suppliers and colleagues makes you the perfect team player
- You are characterized by your reliable and independent way of working
- With your very good English skills you are able to communicate with different stakeholders in a national and international environment
