**Responsibilities**
- You are responsible for E.ONs Global Service Desk from operational stability to positive user experience
- You maintain, improve, and manage E.ONs Global Service Desk from users’ perspective
- You monitor, steer, administrate entire service in collaboration with Service Owners
- You are capable to understand, and articulate scope and extent of the services provided and supported - and what is not supported - to ensure an optimal balance between complex user needs and IT service capability
- You proactively monitor all service relevant data (incl. user feedback) and overall performance, managing Service Provider performance and assuring SLAs are met
- You are responsible performing escalation & expectation management for your service E2E
- You are responsible to define & to execute roadmaps for your services
**Qualifications**
- Master degree in IT or business administration
- Min. 5 years of working experience in a multinational organization
- Min. 3 years of experience in IT Service management (ITIL V3 based)
- Strong ownership mentality
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Openness to new solutions
- Proven track record in managing projects with different stakeholders
- Strong analytical and technical understanding
- Experience with service & vendor evaluation as well as market & competitor analysis
- Excellent business communication skills in English and German
