Head of Enterprise Application

We are looking for a Head of Enterprise Application (all genders) to join our Enterprise Apps team. In this role, you will be leading and inspiring a team of 23 highly skilled and motivated product specialists and engineers with the mission to enable our ERP in-house teams to perform daily operational processes and tasks efficiently.

**Your role**:

- You lead a cross-functional team of Product Owners, Engineers and DevOps who operate our enterprise systems such as ERP (Business Central), WMS (LFS.wms), condition management (Bonsai) and financial planning (Tagetik)
- In addition, you guide your team from a system-based focus to end-to-end process thinking
- Moreover, you design our enterprise system architecture and roadmap
- Together with the team, you ensure that our enterprise systems are reliable, scalable and state of the art
- You will continuously develop internal processes in the department and implement them in a scalable and agile manner
- Furthermore, you identify optimization potential and push your conclusions forward as a partner for all departments in the company

**Your profile**:

- Degree in business informatics, computer science or a comparable course of study
- At least five years of experience in the integration or operation of standard systems
- At least two years of experience in leading an inspiring a team with a minimum size of 10 people
- Strong communication skills
- Proven track record of the successful management of company-wide projects, for example in the integration of standard software or development of standard systems
- Experience in retail and ecommerce are a plus
- Business fluent English, German is a plus
