**Your responsibilities**
- You will develop a deep understanding of Uniper’s business, its value drivers and corporate environment
- You will learn from experts from many different fields, bring in your own ideas and work on your own projects in collaboration with various stakeholders
- You will create transparency on financial performance to provide proper steering measures
- You will support the coordination of Mid Term Planning and projections in collaboration with the Controlling team and business lines
- You will be challenging deviations critically and develop innovative ideas in order to continuously improve the business and create value
- You will perform investment and contract evaluations and present results to support management decisions
- You will support our various activities on digitalization in the Controlling area

**Your profile**
- A successfully completed degree focusing on Finance / Business Administration / International Management
- Relevant internships and/or working student placements
- Sound Controller know-how. KPIs such as EBIT, OPEX, CAPEX, OCF are familiar terms as well as DCF evaluations and reporting in line with IFRS
- Analytical and passionate to translate complicated corporate/business issues into financial key data
- High IT affinity as a plus to support driving our digitalization initiatives
- Intercultural experience is crucial, experience abroad is a plus
- Curiosity and openness towards working in an intercultural environment
- Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity to make a difference in our business
- Analytical thinking, pursuit of continuous improvement with a hands-on mentality
- Very good written and verbal English language skills

In addition to some predefined stations, you can flexibly combine other departments that you would like to pass through and work in an international environment with team members from over 80 countries. Based in Germany, the program gives you a deep insight into our day-to-day business and helps you to explore your personal strengths. You will also have the opportunity to bring in and enhance your interpersonal and teamwork skills. Individual mentoring and a buddy from day one will ensure you have the best possible foundation for the next step in your career at Uniper. We are fortunate that, on average, more than 95 % of all trainees remain with our team after their program and take on an appropriate follow-up position.
