Working Student

As a working student (M/F/d), you will support our scaling with both strategic and operational tasks:
- You support the coordination and facilitation of virtual learning sessions
- You are involved in the planning, organization and implementation of new formats, either virtual or offline
- You assist the regional facilitators in the promotion of sessions, in the acquisition of new speakers and in the facilitation and development of meeting formats
- You support the product owner in global strategic questions around the Digital Academy like the strategic scoping of the academy
- You act as a community manager, promoting the academy on a global scale
- You support and further develop the data cockpit in the Digital Academy through evaluations and the automation of the academy platform itself
- You will also be further involved in other topics around digital transformation at Olympus
- You are an enrolled student (M/F/d) at least in the third semester, preferably in the field of Business Administration, Innovation Management, Technology Management, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science
- You can speak and write English well
- You are highly interested in technologies, innovation and digital trends
- You possess strong communication skills
- You are an energetic, creative modern thinker, passionate about digital topics
- Quick understanding and objective judgment complement your profile
- You have an independent way of working and enjoy working in a (virtual and global) team
- 17 Euro per hour
- Proportionate vacation entitlement
