**Job Description**:
As a working student in our Neurosurgery department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and their impact on patient outcomes. Your tasks will include:
- Creating a product briefing that outlines target audience profiles, effective positioning strategies, key features, benefits, and unique selling propositions (USPs), all grounded in robust clinical evidence and supported by clinical marketing efforts.
- Conducting in-depth competitive analyses to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the market landscape.
- Staying attuned to market and technology trends, and contributing insights to inform our product development roadmap.
- Assisting in the evaluation and validation of both technical and clinical concepts, ensuring their alignment with real-world needs and industry best practices.
- Collaborating in the formulation of comprehensive business plans that guide the strategic direction of our neurosurgery products.
- Organizing and actively participating in clinical fairs, where you will engage with healthcare professionals, gain valuable insights, and showcase our cutting-edge solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- Well-organized, proactive, and adept at maintaining a clear and structured working style to handle complex tasks.
- Demonstrates a high level of motivation and a keen interest in both technological advancements and clinical use cases within the neurosurgery domain.
- Proficient in both German and English, enabling effective communication in our international work environment.
- Clinical knowledge or a background in medical technology is a plus, providing an added dimension to your contributions and insights.
