**Senior Integrated Strategist (M/F/d)**

Location: Berlin

As a Senior Integrated Strategist, you will be an integral part of this mission. You will help our clients to develop inspiring brands and integrate brand thinking across channels. That means steering ad campaigns, experiential marketing and social media in a way that creates a seamless, coherent audience experience.

You’re also not a lone wolf but a team player within a growing strategy team. In close collaboration with your team lead, other strategists, creative directors and account leads, you will inspire and guide our clients. We’re looking for someone who uses strategy as a north star to take everyone with them.

**Your Tasks**:

- You will be leading our clients as an inspiring and strategic discussion partner in close collaboration with the account team
- Laying brand strategy foundations as a north star for all marketing activities
- Guiding the annual marketing planning process to set guardrails for the year
- Connecting the dots between all marketing disciplines across the customer experience (paid media, content, experiential, data & analytics, creative)
- Developing inspiring integrated strategies that lead to great creative work

**Your Profile**:

- University degree or equivalent in Marketing & Communication, Online Marketing or similar
- 3-5 years of experience in an international agency in a strategy role & preferably in the automotive marketing industry
- A creative mindset and the guts to brainstorm with our creative teams
- Understanding of digital (as well as social) channels and their use for communication
- Being fluent in a data-driven approach to marketing (KPI setting, tracking etc.)
- You have an eye for trends and emerging technologies that can bring an edge to our work
- You have a portfolio of campaigns that prove an integrated, holistic approach to marketing
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Being a proactive thinker who can identify opportunities for glory
- Fluent in written and spoken English, German language skills not necessary, but a plus
- Hunger for glory
