We are a phenomenal team of VR gaming enthusiasts, engineers, and inventors who embrace experimentation to validate product and business ideas. As a Senior Strategic Designer, you will lead the discovery and validation of product ideas and will play a crucial part in creating a new generation of life-hacking apps.
Tasks
Your mission is to
- Lead the discovery and validation of business ideas
- Research market and user behavior to define unmet customer desires, pain points, and wishes
- Bring your market research to life through personas, customer journeys, opportunity solution trees, infographics, etc.
- Design & execute pretotypes in order to validate ideas before moving to fast implementation

- Strong analytical thinking - you know how to build hypotheses and validate your arguments with data
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Relevant qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience in Strategic Design, Business Design, or User Experience Design
- Portfolio of work demonstrating strong human-centered design capabilities across a diverse range of projects
- Experience in designing and executing rapid experimentation, pretotyping, or prototyping
- Experience in solving complex problems in a highly user-centric way with creative processes like Design Thinking, Design Sprints, Empathy Maps, Customer Journeys, Opportunity Solution Trees, etc.
- Proficiency in strategy frameworks (e.g. Lean Startup, Business Model Canvas, Blue Ocean, Assumption Mapping)
- Experience in interpreting human behaviors from tests and experiences and translating them into concrete concepts and solutions
- Creative synthesis, writing,Bachelor's and storytelling skills
- Bachelors degree in a design, business, psychology, strategy, marketing —or relevant work experience
