**Group Lead Sea Shipments (M/F/d)**:

- REQUISITION ID: 4968- LOCATION: Hamburg, DE Barasoain, ES- DEPARTMENT: Logistics / Material Management**YOUR TASKS**
- Professional management and leadership of an international team with up to 6 members
- Initiate project shipping plans and supervise the operational acitivities
- Manage close collaboration with Sourcing team in supplier selection and performance review
- Manage project budget related to the Logistics from PickUp to Port of Arrival
- Risk and Opportunities management (to be shared between Sourcing and Operations in case applicable across projects)
- Ensure readiness of transport execution e.g. cargo and tooling availability
- Claim management as well as detention, demurrages and other extra-costs management
- Maritime execution KPI´s report and Project reporting

**YOUR PROFILE**
- University degree and at least 3-5 years in a logistics management position (preferable international shipping and deep sea forwarding)
- High experience in international logistics, planning and logistics management
- Operational experience in different modes of transport
- Systematic problem-solving behavior/analytical skills, very good communication skills, strong planning and organizational skills
- Fluent English level, other languages are valued (German)
