Expert Industrial Wet Chem Processes

Provide specifications of equipment and processes for wet chemical processing equipment and wet coating process
equipment to meet the requirements of our solar manufacturing technology
- Process development and scale up from R&D to high volume manufacturing level
- Technical interface to equipment supplier (OEM)
- Support installation
- and ramp up phase at customer sites worldwide
- Coordinate between suppliers and customer support engineers for continuous process development
- International travel approx. 25% (predominantly in China)
**About you**:
- Degree in a relevant engineering discipline or natural science
- Experience in equipment and process engineering for wet chemical processing or coating equipment
- General understanding of basics in heat transfer, mass transfer, fluid dynamics and technical chemistry
- Analytical approach, preferably with experience in successful problem solving and troubleshooting
- Open to work in an international team
- Self-directed, with pro-active approach to problem solving, hands-on mentality
- Knowledge of SPC tools and applicable knowledge in statistics, CAD related software and documentation control is a plus
- Fluent in German and English, knowledges in Chinese is a plus
