CTF SOLAR GmbH is a leading developer and supplier of CdTe technology for thin-film solar modules. We take processes developed on a laboratory and pilot scale and turn them into industrial production techniques, teaming up with specialized partners to design the corresponding machinery. CTF SOLAR GmbH provides technology for production lines manufacturing CdTe thin-film solar modules all around the globe, predominantly in China. This involves the planning for and implementation of the entire process and metrology equipment as well as the selection and qualification of equipment and raw material suppliers. Operations are underway in our first high volume manufacturing factories in Chengdu and Handan, China, with an annual capacity of 100 MWP each. Construction work on other CTF SOLAR technology Fab projects with a combined capacity of >1 GWP started already. Currently with around 50 employees from over ten different countries, CTF SOLAR GmbH is fully owned by Chinese company CTIEC, one of the world’s Global Top 200 Engineering Companies based in Shanghai. To support our further growth, we would like to expand our Technology Development team in Dresden. Therefore, we are looking for an: **Expert Industrial WET Chem processes (f/m/d)** Job description: - Provide specifications of equipment and processes for wet chemical processing equipment and wet coating process equipment to meet the requirements of our solar manufacturing technology - Process development and scale up from R&D to high volume manufacturing level - Technical interface to equipment supplier (OEM) - Support installation - and ramp up phase at customer sites worldwide - Coordinate between suppliers and customer support engineers for continuous process development - International travel approx. 25% (predominantly in China) About you: - Degree in a relevant engineering discipline or natural science - Experience in equipment and process engineering for wet chemical processing or coating equipment - General understanding of basics in heat transfer, mass transfer, fluid dynamics and technical chemistry - Analytical approach, preferably with experience in successful problem solving and troubleshooting - Open to work in an international team - Self-directed, with pro-active approach to problem solving, hands-on mentality - Knowledge of SPC tools and applicable knowledge in statistics, CAD related software and documentation control is a plus - Fluent in German and English, knowledges in Chinese is a plus What we’re offering: - Exciting projects in solar energy - The opportunity to work in an ambitious, international team - A flexible, international and cooperative working environment - Individual opportunities for further training and development - A corporate culture in which you can contribute your own ideas, use your initiative and actively help to design processes Art der Stelle: Vollzeit Arbeitszeiten: - Gleitzeit - Montag bis Freitag Leistungen: - Betriebliche Weiterbildung - Betriebsarzt - Betriebsfeiern - Firmenhandy - Flexible Arbeitszeiten - Gleitzeit - Homeoffice - Kostenlose Getränke - Kostenloser Parkplatz - Sprachkenntnisse werden vermittelt - Umzugskostenzuschuss - Zusätzliche Urlaubstage Arbeitsort: Zum Teil im Homeoffice in 01099 Dresden
