Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the further development and scaling of our Hamburg location
- You actively contribute to the success of the DCI and lead our education consulting sales team in Hamburg
- You find innovative ways to win new participants and new partners for our location and for the entire region
- You build up a large network and maintain it intensively
- You are active at events and present the DCI on site
- You are part of the management team and also take on tasks and projects that go beyond your region and work closely with the Head of Sales

Your Skills
- You have extensive experience working for a fast-growing company, ideally in the field of education
- You have several years of sales experience and have already taken on your first management tasks
- You may already have experience in education consultancy and now want to take the next step
- You enjoy leading and motivating your own team
- You have sales in your blood and love to approach people and to network.
- You have a lot of drive, feel like mastering challenges and work very independently and autonomously
- You have strong analytical skills and are a strategic thinker, data-driven and results-oriented
- You are hands-on, have an innovative mindset and a willingness to try new approaches
- You speak fluent German and English

At the Digital Career Institute gGmbH, we have set ourselves the goal of becoming the talent factory for young professionals in the booming digital industry. Since 2016, we have been making a sustainable contribution in the area of training and continuing education, and we already have four locations: Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Leipzig.

From the original initiative to create new future prospects for Refugees, we have developed into an established tech institute for people of all nationalities and backgrounds. Together with our highly qualified team of lecturers and management, we are all working on one mission: To offer the best possible training for interested people to enable them to start a job in the digital industry.
