**Your future plans**
Hydrogen is considered a beacon of hope for climate-neutral power generation and can play a significant role in the energy transition and to decarbonise industry. RWE is working at full speed on various green hydrogen projects across Europe and other regions together with our partners from business, industry, research and politics.
We have built a new Hydrogen team, with this position reporting to the Team Lead Hydrogen Commercial Analysis and Support:
- Coordinate project reporting activities between hydrogen project leads and financial reporting
- Develop senior management presentations and decision papers
- Prepare internal and external presentations for the hydrogen commercial team
- Support of hydrogen project managers in the Project Stage Gate Process
- Cooperate with different business areas of the RWE Group (RWEST, RWER, RWE AG)
**Your powerful skills**
- Degree in the fields of business administration, engineering, law or similar
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the areas of consulting, strategy, business development, process development, PMO and/or controlling
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- Analytical mindset as well as enthusiasm, assertiveness and decisiveness
- Distinct communication skills and confident appearance as well as teamwork as a lived practice
- Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
**Advantage, but not a must**
- Further language skills
- In-depth knowledge of the European energy sector, the industries most important for hydrogen and how hydrogen can support decarbonisation
