This role is a fixed, permanent position. All successful applicants will receive a permanent employment contract regardless of location.

**What You Will Do**:

- **
Define and Communicate Product Goals**: Establish and maintain clear product objectives aligned with business strategy and ensure they are communicated effectively to all stakeholders.
- ** Own the Product Backlog**: Develop, prioritize, and communicate the product backlog to ensure it reflects the needs of the business and users.
- ** Provide Contextual Guidance**: Leverage your domain expertise to provide the development team with contextual guidance, ensuring they understand what they are building and why.
- ** Collaborate with Key Stakeholders**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and transparency.
- ** Navigate Uncertainty**: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of uncertainty, balancing competing priorities and making decisions with incomplete information.
- ** Drive Transparency**: Establish processes to keep all stakeholders informed of progress, priorities, and trade-offs.
- Expertise in B2B SaaS software, with a proven track record of delivering impactful products.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and prioritize competing demands.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Experience in Project Management (e.g. PMI) ~3-4 years.
- Integration experience ideally with Siemens, PTC, Autodesk.
- Domain knowledge with either PLM, Sustainability, Supply Chain, or ERP.
