**IHRE AUFGABEN**:

- Gezielte Gewinnung von Neukunden sowie Beratung und Betreuung von Bestandskunden
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie die Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebsteams
- Marktbeobachtung und Analyse von Vertriebspotenzialen
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens bei Kunden
- Identifikation von Markttrends und Steuerung der strategischen Ausrichtung
- Sicherung und Erfüllung der Vertriebsziele
- Budgetplanung und Budgetkontrolle

**IHRE ERFAHRUNG**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung von Vorteil
- Vertraut mit den State oft he Art-Methoden und - Tools der Maschinen
- und Anlagenkonzeption und des Projektmanagements
- Mindestens 5-jährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Entwicklung/Projektierung/Technischer Vertrieb bei international operierenden Systemanbieter, vorzugsweise von Montage
- und Handlingsystemen für die Automobilindustrie
- Führungserfahrungen
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr hohe Reisebereitschaft
