After closing our $12m Series A, we are now expanding the team and looking for more Localitos to join the ride.

**About The Role**
- **Talent Coordination**:

- Providing hiring teams with updates, answering questions, and supporting with training.
- Supporting with TA Projects related to DEIB, and Employer Branding.
- Assisting with full cycle recruitment.
- **People Operations & Experience**:

- Responding to questions and resolving queries from Localitos regarding company policies, benefits, payroll, procedures and L&D.
- Handling all administrative touch points throughout the employee journey.
- Supporting with all personnel administration, creating employment-related documents and keeping our personnel systems up-to-date.
- Interacting with external parties and administrators regarding benefits enrolments, changes, and terminations.
- Managing the full onboarding process and coordinating the mobility for all new Localitos.
- Assisting with processing of payroll, HRIS data coordination, and reporting support.
- Revamping and automating processes to optimise our employee experience.
- Supporting with documentation, and creating guidelines and playbooks in our People and Talent Hubs.
- Supporting the internal team on initiatives and projects, and events.

**About You**

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

- Talent Acquisition or People Operations experience in a similar role. Experience with employees in the US is a plus
- A proactive, assertive, and detail oriented approach to work — you're a self-starter
- The ability to work independently in a remote-first team.
- The drive to working in a fast-paced environment, with shifting priorities.
- The tact to handle confidential information with discretion while remaining friendly and approachable.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- An educational background in a related field.
