Scrum Master, Launch Engine (M/F/d) About the role: - The Scrum Master, Launch Engine facilitates the successful launch of Pfizer breakthroughs in Germany, through cross-functional and global-local coordination as early as 3 years prior to launch - This role builds and offers “SWAT Team” capabilities, helping the core asset team anticipate challenges and address them efficiently - This role builds market expertise in launch planning and execution by developing best practices and incorporating them into future asset launches. - The scrum master is responsible for ensuring the team implements agile values and principles, follows agile practices to maximise outcomes. - The scrum master also establishes an environment where the Scrum team can be as effective as possible, addressing behaviors and team dynamics, and ensuring a good relationship between the scrum team, local and global stakeholders. About you: - Experience and Competencies - Prior Product Owner or Scrum Master experience is a big advantage - Strong and rich experience in healthcare market, preferably in Pharma - Desired Experience and Competency - Strategic thinking and analytical skills - Excellent skills in planning and project management - Experience in successfully navigating cross-functional teams - Agile thinking and ability to lead projects in an agile environment - Networking, Alliance building, facilitation and negotiation - Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with ability to establish relationships and deliver effective presentations to a variety of audience - Influencing without authority - consensus building - Fluent in English What we offer: PurposeBreakthroughs that change patients' lives...
