Als** **Digitalization Specialist (m/w/d) bist du das technologische Herzstück unseres Teams. Deine Mission ist es, durch die Implementierung neuer Systeme und die Optimierung unserer bestehenden Infrastruktur, dass Pommes Freunde Erlebnis auf ein neues Level zu heben.

Für die Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung unseres Pommes Freunde Konzeptes sorgt unser Team in der Zentrale. Mit der digitalen Transformation unserer Stores und der internen Prozesse wollen wir unsere Franchisenehmer:innen und Kunden in allen Stores glücklich machen.

**Was Dich bei uns als Digitalization Specialist (m/w/d) erwartet**:

- Verantwortlich für die Implementierung und das Projektmanagement von neuen Anwendungen und Änderungen an bestehenden IT-Systemen und Softwarepaketen
- Koordination der externen IT-Firma bzw. Aufbau eines reaktionsschnellen IT-Supports
- Verantwortung und Rechtevergabe für SharePoint und Intranet
- Verantwortung für digitale Wandboards, Self Order Terminals, Bildschirme oder Pager
- Optimierung der Abhol
- und Warenwirtschaftssysteme
- Zentrale Artikelverwaltung und dazugehörige Kassenstruktur
- Systemweite Implementierung eines digitalen Gutscheinsystems
- Integration der Lieferservices in das Kassensystem
- Optimierung der digitalen HACCP-Dokumentation
- Programmierung der METO-Etiketten für die MHD-Drucker
- Unterstützung bei der Eröffnung neuer Filialen im Bereich IT und digitale Technologien
- Schulung der Mitarbeiter in der Zentrale und in den Stores auf die neuen Systeme
- Ansprechpartner in Sachen IT für die Zentrale und die Stores

**Damit bereicherst Du unser Pommes Freunde Team**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- (Erste) Erfahrung als Digitalization Specialist (m/w/d)
- Verständnis für technische und digitale Lösungen sowie ausgeprägte IT-Kenntnisse
- Handwerkliches Geschick
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Belastbarkeit und Termintreue
