**Your role**: As part of the Healthcare Operations Controlling Team in Darmstadt you will participate in the planning and budgeting process, monthly / quarterly / year-end financial and management reports. You will ensure all reporting and ad-hoc requests are accurate and delivered on time and provide monthly analysis on variances to budget. In addition, you will ensure plants are provided with monthly cost center reports and collaborates with budget holders on understanding their actuals and budgets and support business partners on the product costings and on the production performance related analysis. Furthermore, you will ensure data accuracy and that expenses are appropriately booked (balance-sheet, P&L statement, etc.) and collaborate closely with the local and regional shared services providers. Finally, you will need to make sure that all tasks are done in compliance and follow the corporate policies of the company and country and that a continuous process improvement and definition of import/export best practices will be carried out.
**Who you are**:
- Bachelor's or Master degree in a business related discipline
- at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in Controlling (Manufacturing Controlling experience preferred)
- Understanding and advanced Usage of SAP, TM1, Mcloud, SAP BI A self-starter, autonomous, who is able to adapt in a rapidly changing, constantly shifting environment
- High energy and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Excel and Power Point)
- Fluent English & German language skills required
