**My duties**
- Working with and supporting the line managers in your assigned Team across different HR topics
- Planning in terms of workforce and strategic succession planning as well as employee development
- Coaching on employment law, regulations and giving guidance on the implementation of HR Processes or policies
- Consultation on people-related and organizational matters as well as optimizing organizational design to improve productivity
- Implementation of HRM interventions for the assigned team

**My qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration or related field
- Profound HR experience including deep expertise in German labor law and works council related matters
- Proven track record in HR along the employee and organizational life cycle in a fast growing company
- Strong communication and creative skills
- A structured way of working as well as a high level of service orientation and willingness to learn
- Responsive, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building character
- High Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Business fluent in German and English is a must

- Depending on qualifications and work experience the annual salary is between 70.000 and 80.000 EUR.
