We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Radiologist with a passion for new technologies like AI and XR to join our international and young team as a Technical Product Owner. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our engineering team, business stakeholders, and customers to streamline the development of AI models and medical imaging support in our global medical mixed reality platform.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Technical Product Owner, your responsibilities will include:

- Improving, validating, and providing approval for customer-made segmentations.
- Engaging in discussions with medical advisory doctors to exchange knowledge and insights.
- Providing medical support to all other teams, leveraging your expertise and experience.
- Gathering and analyzing product requirements for our medical mixed reality platform, with a specific focus on AI and medical imaging.
- Coordinating collaborations related to AI and medical imaging, facilitating the transfer of knowledge and innovation into our product.
- Translating user requirements into Epics and user stories with clear specifications.
- Owning the product roadmap in the AI and medical imaging domain.
- Working closely with engineers and quality assurance professionals to ensure the requirements are met.
- Supporting the development team throughout the agile software development cycle, while adhering to the standards for medical devices.
- Facilitating the process of AI segmentation models development, involving coordination of data sourcing, annotation, and verification by medical doctors.
- Acting as a bridge between physicians, medical staff, business stakeholders, and the software development team.
- Providing regular updates and maintaining visibility on the project status to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and taking ownership of implementing them.
- Collaborating with the development team to create comprehensive software documentation.

**Your Profile**:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and characteristics:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Radiologist, with deep knowledge of medical imaging data.
- Highly organized, with excellent prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptability to changing requirements and the ability to make decisions quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional skills in German are a plus.
- Willingness to grow with the organization and take on new roles in the future.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a self-starter mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Good understanding of the software development life cycle.
- High-level understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and/or medical image processing.

**Nice to have**:
While not required, the following qualifications and experiences would be advantageous:

- First-hand knowledge of Scrum and Agile practices.
- Experience in writing product specifications.
- Experience working with Jira.
- Experience working in a medical technology startup or scale-up.
- Experience in medical imaging and familiarity with medical terminology.
- Experience in cooperation with physicians.

- Knowledge about the IEC 62304 and ISO 13485 standards
- PSPO/CSPO certificate.
