**Job Overview**:
MS-1 is Wargaming's premier mobile development studio behind World of Tanks Blitz, a renowned cross-platform shooter, and World of Warships Blitz. Team in Berlin is looking for a creative **Senior UX Designer**, out of the box thinker who is able to bring fresh ideas and a unique perspective to the table. As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented and passionate group of professionals and make a meaningful impact on the direction and success of the game.

**What will you do?**:

- To be in charge of the full cycle of work on a feature: from original idea to post-release analysis;
- Craft UX artifacts together with game designer and product owner/producer (flows, wireframes, prototypes, etc.);
- Work closely with research team, analyze quantitative and qualitative data;
- Design and visualize user interface (screens, transitions, animations and effects);
- Establish and maintain patterns for flows, layouts, elements and interactions;
- Implement the layouts, animations, appearance; perfect and polish the implemented features with the engine.

**What are we looking for?**:

- Experience designing UX for shipped game products;
- Strong knowledge of mobile device and OS specific design patterns (iOS/Android);
- Strong knowledge of UX process and usability design principles;
- Firm understanding of hierarchy and layout design principles;
- Awareness of current trends in user interface design;
- Strong visual design and presentation skills;
- Positive attitude and an ability to receive and provide objective feedback;
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

**What additional skills will help you stand out?**:

- Live game experience;
- 3 years or more of UX design experience, preferably in a gaming field;
- Experience with one of the game engines (Unreal, Unity, CryEngine, etc);
- Background in HCI/UX Design/Graphic Design/Interaction Design or equivalent experience;
- Proficient in multiple design tools (Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Sketch, Framer, Principle, Zeplin, Flinto, etc.);
- Illustration skills to paint UI screens, frames, borders, icons, etc.
