You have successfully completed your master’s degree and now you want to kickstart your career - preferably in an international environment. During our management trainee program, you will quickly assume responsibility for your tasks in the International Key Account Management team of our Operating Unit Industrial Trucks & Services EMEA (ITS). From the outset, you will be an important part of the KION Group and a member of a collaborative team striving for excellence.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Tasks**
- As part of the International Key Account Management team for STILL, you will gain an extensive overview of all **key account related topics **and **projects **and will closely collaborate with all relevant teams
- You will work with our **tender management team **where you will essentially contribute in setting-up the **tender strategy, work out offers **and incorporate the results into **customer **presentations**
- You will gain insights in our **fleet calculation methodology **as well as into our tools to provide a comprehensive **fleet **reporting **combining international fleet data
- You will support our international key account managers in all relevant **sales activities **(customer development, negotiations, set-up frame agreements)
- You will be integrated in our **mobile automation **team and learn how to design an AGV solution and **develop an automation partnership **with our customers
- You will be an important **point of contact **for our production by **managing our fast lane **to **prioritize orders**

**Requirements**:

- You have a **master’s degree **in **Business Administration, Industrial Engineering **or a similar field, and you want to put your knowledge into practice
- You are a team player with **strong communication **and **presentation skills **both in **English **and **German**
- You convince with your **service orientation **and **customer centricity**
- You are used to working with **MS Office **, in particular **Word, E **xcel **and **PowerPoint**
- You demonstrate a high level of **engagement **, e.g., by proactively developing pragmatic solutions or going the extra mile to win a customer
