As a Research & Development trainee you will dive into different topics of your desire. From early-stage research discovery to product development to consumer insights and testing, everything can be part of YOUR journey. Thereby, you will be part of different Research & Development teams and focus on own projects and/or dive deep into the daily business. As our trainee program is designed to equip you with the skills and mindset needed to navigate the future R&D challenges, you will be part of global and regional teams in order to gather a holistic view of our scientific world. Your Profile
  • You graduate in science (Life Science related studies as Molecular biology, Bioinformatics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Data Science or comparable) and are passionate about creating innovative products
  • You were able to gain first practical and international experience
  • You have excellent analytical skills and can develop creative solutions
  • Your strengths include flexibility, open-mindedness, excellent communication, and teamwork skills as well as initiative
  • A strong team player with the ambition to lead your own projects
    Passion: Enthusiastic about innovating in skincare, merging scientific expertise with creativity to develop groundbreaking products
