Als Head of Quality Management (m/w/d) ergänzt Du unser Team aus erfahrenen Fachleuten: Mit Deiner Erfahrung, Deinem Fachwissen und Deinem positiven Antrieb erreichen wir die höchstmögliche Qualität. Mir Dir soll Blickfeld und unsere Kunden das Qualitätsverständnis als gelebten, konsequent angewandten Prozess wahrnehmen und nicht nur als lästige Pflicht.

Aufgaben
- Du bist Integraler Teil des Teams zur Verwaltung unserer Lieferantenbasis (strategisch und operativ) für Komponentenlieferungen sowie interne und externe Montage
- Du unterstützt Blickfeld bei seinen kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsbemühungen in allen Bereichen (intern und Lieferanten)
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Qualitätsmanagementsystem (Unternehmen, Zulieferer, Montage) und die ISO 9001-Zertifizierung (interne und externe Audits)
- Du treibst unser Prozesshaus (Management & Verbesserung) kontinuierlich voran und hältst dieses up to date
- Du schulst unsere Mitarbeiter in Bezug auf Qualitätsmethoden (FMEA, 8D, MSA, APQP, PPAP,...)

Profil
- Du hast einen Abschluss in Maschinenbau, Elektronik oder ähnlichem
- Du verfügst über umfangreiche Erfahrungen im Industrie
- oder Automobilbereich (mindestens 5 Jahre oder mehr)
- Du bist zertifizierter Auditor/Trainer für ISO 9001 und vertraut mit den Anforderungen des Umweltmanagementsystems 14001, VDA 9.3 Audits, DIN EN ISO/IEC 80079-34 und sicher in deren Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Deutsch (in Wort und Schrift) und Englisch als Unternehmenssprache ist für Dich kein Problem (sehr gute Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift)
