**Real Estate Development: Head of Projects Italy (m/w/d)**:
**Deine Aufgaben**:

- As Project Director you will take on a leadership role in our major Italian projects with high relevance to the company's results and manage them throughout the entire project life cycle.
- Based in Rome/Italy you act locally but you are spearheading a pan-European project team. This means that you managing external project participants locally but also actively involve relevant colleagues at the ECE headquarter in Germany
- You are managing the relationships with various local partners in our existing projects (hotels, logistics and residential). You will represent ECE locally and act as main point of contact vis-à-vis our service providers, banks and JV partners.
With a view to our residential projects you are responsible for the marketing concept and the management of all relevant parties involved in the condominium sales.
- Together with your colleagues from the technical side you manage our projects from the commercial side - from the start all the way through the construction activities to commercialization and operations.

**Dein Profil**:

- You finished your studies and have a business or technical degree.
- You already have several years of relevant professional experience in complex real estate development projects or in real estate investments.
- You have excellent knowledge of the real estate markets, acquisition and negotiation skills. You combine good negotiation skills (purchase and rental contracts) with a hands-on mentality when it comes to implementation
