**Instructional Designer/ Learning Specialist (f/m/d)**
Connected remote and based in Massachusetts (US) or in Bonn (Germany)

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?

You will start your journey at LeanIX by participating in our 2-week onboarding bootcamp that will give you a 360° overview of our products, teams, culture, ways of working and the ability to connect with peers and leaders of our company. At the same time, you will be introduced already to the specific tasks and requirements as an Instructional Designer/ Learning Specialist of our Knowledge Team.

Our mission is to connect and equip teams with the right competencies and knowledge to help people reach their full potential. We do this by:

- Providing high-quality information at the right time to our employees, customers & partners, e.g., trainings via LeanIX Academy and LeanIX product documentation
- Driving impactful knowledge management and content initiatives based on company priorities (OKR driven), e.g., maintenance of a client reference library and content audits across key channels such as Slack, Confluence, content platform
- be responsible for driving and developing our learning modules as well as learning paths and certification trainings for LeanIX customers, partners and employees, including
- leverage your knowledge and ideas to create completely new types of learning concepts with gamification elements as well as tool-led learning
- support with the evaluation of and migration to a new Learning Management System (LMS)
- support authoring and publishing of other content types such as technical product documentation articles for our LeanIX Continuous Transformation Platform products: Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM), SaaS Management Platform (SMP), Value Stream Management (VSM)

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Tech and learning enthusiast with 2-5 years of experience in instructional design and creation of learning content for software-/IT-related topics
- Strong in visualizing and designing instructional graphics & content
- Experience with managing Learning Management Systems and using analytics to improve learning content for the target audiences
- Personality with passion about creating next-level learning experiences, inside and outside of classical Learning Management Systems, e.g., in-tool training
- Motivated new team member with a 'founder's mindset': Once you know what the mission and goals are, you are able to take action and don't shy away from taking ownership and moving things forward
- Knowledge of market leading video editing, content and design tools: Adobe Premiere, Figma.
- Excellent English language skills
- Knowledge of IT Management or Enterprise Architecture Management is a plus
