We’re excited to offer a new position as Production Assistant for the German office in Stuttgart.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support show production team, especially Coordinators in meeting organisation
- Set up hardware and materials for client meetings
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing material, from ingestion to delivery
- Updating show team about received material and making sure the material gets handed over to the respective departments
- Support Coordinator in dailies preparations and organisation of any related meeting room bookings

**Job qualifications**:

- Previous work experience in VFX production is a plus
- Degree in VFX or film related studies are a plus
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be a detail oriented, proactive and well-organized individual
- Able to grow and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Confident and polite communicator
- Strong interpersonal skills a must and an overall team player
