Product Designer

We’re seeking a **Product Designer - Apps (f/m/d)** who will own the overall app experience of both our apps (Android and iOS), ensuring every touchpoint is seamless, engaging, and efficient. By deeply understanding user motivations and the native app ecosystem, you’ll craft experiences that are not only enjoyable but also impactful. Beyond shaping the app experience, you’ll contribute to our UX strategy, set design standards, and help build a thriving UX practice within our community.

**Your tasks**:

- Own the end-to-end design process, from user research to final implementation.
- Identify user needs and challenges to generate ideas, guided by KPIs and data-driven hypotheses.
- Leverage app possibilities to enhance our app users’ experiences and balance distinctness of app and web experience.
- Take over the UI responsibility for our apps, by delivering visually stunning interfaces and ensuring visual consistency.
- Support on improving and maintaining the overall LOTTO24 design system.
- Create, visualize and communicate ideas, features and customer journeys.
- Optimize conversion flows while maintaining trust and credibility.
- Validate ideas through iteration and user feedback, staying ahead of industry trends and integrating relevant innovations.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders, championing a human-centric design approach.

***What you offer us**:

- Ideally 5+ years of product design experience with a track record of working with an app focus.
- Expertise in UX and UI design, including creating deliverables across various fidelities.
- You are deeply familiar with both iOS and Android design patterns, behaviors, and platform-specific guidelines (Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design).
- Strong conceptual and visual focus on app specific experiences, patterns, designs and animations.
- Proficiency in Figma, rapid prototyping tools, and scalable design systems.
- Deep knowledge of UX standards, methodologies, and data-informed design practices.
- Experience conducting and collaborating on user research to guide decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German, for guiding stakeholders, understanding customers and sharing knowledge.
