Start-up Internship

We are looking for a Start-up Internship - Company Building - Future entrepreneur to support our development efforts. You will be working directly with our Founder. The job will be remote due to COVID-19 for the foreseeable future. to join our dynamic & small team for a three or six months internship and provide creative ideas to yet unsolved problems.

In return, you'll get unique insights into a new, young company, first-hand experience in entrepreneurship, great learning in development, start-up tools, and business communications, and the chance to make a real and lasting impact on social media Globally.

Tasks

**Who we’re looking for**:
You have a growth mindset; you are pumped by the idea of growing professionally in parallel with an early-stage startup and you are willing to hustle and learn every day you go to work. You are obsessed with user experience and want to build world-class products based on simplicity. You find the experience at an early-stage venture-backed startup exciting. Like being a founder yourself, your responsibilities will range from routine tasks like business analyst and recruiting to driving your own projects - like developing growth strategies and supporting fundraising.

**Responsibilities**:
You will support us for a period of 3-6 months, full-time or a minimum of 2 days per week in case of a working student position. During this period, you will be given the responsibility and trust to navigate a growing start-up. You will be actively involved in all business processes, including:

- Drive your own business development projects (business modeling, social media, research, set up processes, etc.)
- Support the product launch of our app (testing, copywriting, user feedback & more. Your skills and ownership will shape this role
- You will actively support the CEO in the operative day-to-day business
- Create a strategy for Friency to gain international presence and awareness

- Ongoing studies for a Bachelor's or Masters's, preferably in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or Management at a top-tier business school
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong interest in the start-up scene
- Smart and entrepreneurial - if you're planning to found a start-up yourself, this is your chance to do a dry run
- You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty.
- Structured and hands-on work approach
- Strong ownership and independence
- Ability to learn quickly on the go
- You are fluent in English (German is a benefit).
