**What you will do**:

- We are responsible for a wide range of IT services for our customers, from requirements specification to development, testing and operation of IT services. In our
**DevOps organization**, we rely on
**end-to-end automation through Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD)** while using state-of-the-art
**distributed cloud and microservice technologies** and an
**agile mindset**.
In this setting, as a Scrum Master (M/F/d), it is your aspiration to
**proactively accompany our team on its way to becoming a high-performance team** - for this purpose, you act as a facilitator, coach, mentor, conflict mediator and trainer. You will help the teams to
**understand the agile methodologies, processes and ceremonies** and ensure that they are used in a
**pragmatic and goal-oriented way and are continuously improved.**

Your exciting responsibilities will also include:

- Coordinating and facilitating **Scrum events for our multi-national team**:

- Support the elimination of impediments
- Promoting the team's** self-organization and culture on and off the job**:

- Advising the product owners on the **creation of user stories and product backlogs**:

- Definition and collection of KPIs for measuring success
- Collaborate with other departments to position and integrate the team into **cross-company processes and methodologies**

**Your qualifications**:

- Ideally, you have already
**worked as a Scrum Master or in a comparable role (e.g. Agile Coach) for several years**. In addition, you have
**very good knowledge of agile approaches, methodologies and frameworks** beyond Scrum. Experience in software development would be an advantage.
**Working with agile tools** online and offline is a matter of course for you.
With your
**excellent communication and moderation skills**, you are not only able to create an ideal working atmosphere for our team, but also to represent the team's interests at management level. When working with your team members and external partners, you are
**pragmatic, empathetic and show assertiveness**. An agile mindset, openness, respect and courage for continuous improvement should also be natural for you.
**You speak German and English at a professional level.**
