Your Role
- You’re responsible for inspiring, supporting, and enabling our engineering teams as an Agile Coach
- You are driving the agile methodologies within our general product development as well as specific customer projects, aiming for innovative, efficient, and scalable AI solutions.
- You prioritize and promote agile practices, while also assessing risks and communicating their potential impacts of non-optimal processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You uphold and enhance the end-to-end responsibility of agile processes within either the machine learning or software development context, ensuring continuous integration and delivery.
- You support the teams in establishing workflows for meeting given timeline expectations while also maintaining high quality deliverables through rigorous quality assurance methodologies.
- You take care of the teams' growth in terms of efficient and agile team organization and processes.
- You take care, that the cross-team communication and knowledge exchange is working smoothly.

Your Skills
- You have proven experience as an Agile Coach, particularly in coaching machine learning, data science, or software teams.
- You are familiar with the tools and technologies used in the machine learning lifecycle, such as Jupyter, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn, or software lifecycle, and understand CI/CD processes in these contexts.
- You are familiar with common agile principles and methods.
- You excel at structured and independent work within diverse team settings.
- You have exceptional communication skills, capable of interacting fluently in both German and English.
