**This is a key and significant business role for Zebra Technologies, responsible for the strategic global account management of Deutsche Post DHL.** **The main tasks are the successful attainment of revenue targets within the assigned accounts to build win-win relationships with the customer and grow business to the next level. The key focus is evangelising the Zebra products, solutions and value proposition.

**Responsibilities**:

- Global responsibility for all activities with Deutsche Post DHL as Strategic Global Accounts
- Maintain high level relationship with main subsidiaries and executive contacts worldwide
- Align ZEBRA's message to be given to HQ's of Deutsche Post DHL
- Organize regular executive briefings for senior management of Deutsche Post DHL
- Build a strong relationship with IT/IS departments to get main products and solutions (Mobile units, RFID, Wireless Infrastructure) tested and certified
- Handle global revenue target for Deutsche Post DHL
- Build and lead internal virtual teams on both sales and technical side
- Provide strong input into new product development and product customization
- Create a platform to share all information efficiently and on a regular basis
- Maintain relationship to major partners and distributors related to Strategic Global Accounts business
- Coordinate the Services business with Deutsche Post DHL together with the Global Services Lead for Strategic Global Accounts
- Support global projects and share all global activities across theatres.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of 10+ years of success in Sales Account Management in an international environment
- Excellent German
- and fluency in written and spoken English language absolutely required
- Proven sales experience with large international corporate customers
- Ability to understand the big picture of a Global Account, entrepreneurial thinking and ability to handle Strategic accounts
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Role model in customer facing skills, build and maintain relationships also on Executive level
- Ability to understand business processes of customers and to create and present commercial concepts
- Ability and proven experience to handle business contracts in alignment with the legal department
- Experience with virtual global team management
- Team-player to successfully work with the accounts team
- Readiness for extensive business travel nationally and internationally.
