**Meine Aufgaben**
- E2E Verantwortung für Anti Virus and Client Protection Services
- Management von Schutzmechanismen auf Computern (Authentifizierung, Festplattenverschlüsselung, BIOS-Einstellungen, Schnittstellen-Mgmt., AV Software, Desktop-Firewalls, DLP)
- Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit IT-Security / Compliance, Implementierung, Test und Überwachung von McAfee Agent Policies, DLP-Rules; sicherer Umgang mit Terminal
- und Konsolenanwendungen, PowerShell
- Lösung von AV- und DLP Issues auf Clients
- Zentralisierte Verwaltung von Harddisk-Encryption (R&S TOM, Bitocker MBAM
- Einhaltung vertraglicher Service Leve
- Management eines Teams von 2 - 3 CP/AV Experten
- Customer Fokus

**Meine Qualifikationen**
- Fließende Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit Endpoint Security Data Encryption
- Kenntnisse in McAfee Endpoint Protection
- Kenntnisse in Customer Service Management
- Kenntnisse in Workplace Technology Solutions
- Fundierte Erfahrungen in Maintainance und Betrieb von CP- / EP-Servern (z. B. McAfee ePO)
