KG You support our team as CONTROLLER CORPORATE FUNCTIONS (F/M/D) **Responsibilities**: - Manage reporting: Take responsibility for actuals, forecasting and planning processes for the corporate holding and key functions such as Engineering, Business Development or HR. - Create transparency: Analyse monthly cost and headcount development, keep in dialogue with the corporate functions and prepare management-relevant insights in a structured and audience-appropriate way. - Provide guidance: Support the corporate functions and management through analyses, insightful recommendations, impactful presentations and guidance on financial matters. - Advance Controlling: Proactively identify improvement potentials, assess existing processes, and drive the ongoing (technical) improvement of our Corporate Function Controlling. - Manage global charges: Coordinate global intercompany allocations in collaboration with the tax department and the international Finance community. **Qualifications**: - Education: Degree in business administration or business informatics, ideally with a focus on controlling, or a comparable qualification. - Experience: Experience in controlling - ideally in an international context. - Technical expertise: Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BI is a plus. - Working style: Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable. - Soft skills: High level of initiative, team spirit, and strong communication skills. - Languages: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
